Unable to open or uninstall Tableau Public 2020

I'm attempting to open Tableau Public for the first time. "An administrator has prevented you from executing this software," it says when I try to run it. I attempted to uninstall it. It also won't allow me do that. Is there a reason for this?

The same thing happened to me. The problem was repaired once I downloaded and installed the most recent version. I hope it also works for you.
