Download Install Cloudera parcels without being connected to internet

I’m trying to setup CDH 5.7 on RHEL 6. I am inI selected the “User Parcels” in the “Select Repository” in Cloudera Manager. But I am not getting any menu to select the CDH version. I am not connected to the internet. So, how can I install using parcels?
