XXHash for PHP without module extension

I want to create a plugin for webshops that uses PHP. The Problem with this is that the available XXHash plugins all require to have XXHash extension installed.  A web service was one of the ideas but XXHash is used specifically for privacy reasons in our case so this web service would be a bad solution.  Does someone please mention any idea or any suggestion for this?
