CSS background image URL path

Hello, I'm attempting to utilise CSS to add a background to my page. I'm attempting to reference an image that is in a different folder in a CSS file.

My CSS file:

#login-bg   
{

    background-image:url('/images/login/login_background.jpg');
    font-size: 20px;
}

My HTML code:
