HiveServer2 connection URL format

Hi. I have installed HiveServer2 and JDBC drivers to access the hive server. Now I want to make a connection to it. What is the connection URL to be used for this?

The HiveServer2 connection URL has the following format:

jdbc:hive2://<host1>:<port1>,<host2>:<port2>/dbName;sess_var_list?hive_conf_list#hive_var_list

Replace the syntax with appropriate data and it should work.
