localhost phpmyadmin is not working when i am trying to open using admin button in xampp dashboard but working in some other way

Question

The phpmyadmin console is not opening when I click on the admin button in the xampp dashboard.  I have changed the port of the apache server and MySQL after installing xampp. But when I access it through this link: http://localhost:8085/phpmyadmin/   It opens and works fine. See this image:

As you can see in the image below its working.

Can someone help me solve this?

In the first image, the port is not specified. You can access it in the second image since you specify the port. With XAMPP, the port must always be specified.
