How to configure secondary namenode in Hadoop 2 x

I currently have the older version of Hadoop. I want to update it to Hadoop 2.x and setup the Secondary NameNode.

Help Me please.

bin/hadoop-daemon.sh start [namenode | secondarynamenode | datanode | jobtracker | tasktracker]

You can use this command to run Namenode.
